Dr Ted Frackson

Doctor of Chiropractic, MSc Nutritition

Dr. Ted Frackson is a native of Victoria who developed an interest in Chiropractic while playing rugby in high school.

After studies at Camosun College and UVic, he attended the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto where he graduated in 1992. He has over the years done additional training in Sports Injury, Exercise Rehabilitation, and Paediatrics. Upcoming training will include a year in Perinatal treatment (including pregnancy care and the treatment of newborns).

As a married father of three grown children, Dr. Ted devotes a good portion of his practice to the treatment of expectant parents and children.

As one who has trained for and run 4 marathons he also enjoys helping those trying to maintain overall health through exercise and diet. In 2009 he received his Masters of Science in Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut. The importance of diet in his marathon training led to the pursuit of this degree.

Dr. Ted is continually learning and trying to make it easier for patients to continue home exercises. He has recently made additional videos for daily stretching, all of which can be found on the Resource Page of the website.

When not in the office, you may find Dr. Ted cycling, hiking, or traveling.

Krista Frackson

Office Manager

Krista, our office manager, as well as Dr. Ted’s wife, has been working in the office since it began in 1992.

It has been extremely exciting for her to watch their small practice with just one chiropractor grow into a multi practitioner office. The greatest joy for Krista is when patients comment on the warm and welcoming atmosphere they feel when visiting the office. That is the greatest goal for both Krista and Dr. Ted, to treat each person that walks into the office as family and to do their utmost to find the care that is best for them.

Krista and Dr. Ted have loved being able to raise their family in the city ofVictoria, where they grew up together. They have three children, all of whom they continue to spend much time with, along with their partners.

Married since 1991, many friends and family are continually amazed that this couple can work together and stay happily married.

When they are not working together in the office, Krista and Dr. Ted love to spend time with family and friends. You will also discover that this couple has an extreme passion for travel. These holidays include rest and relaxation along with some snorkelling, hiking and any other exciting things that Krista seems to sign them up for.

Krista feels blessed to spend a great part of her day with the wonderful patients that attend the office, whom over time, have come to feel like part of the family.
